I’ve never been so nervous to photograph a wedding in my life. Thanks to the VERY talented Groom for the added stress to… well, not F*@#! it up.
[I’m not even sure this is an appropriate thing to write on a blog post, however, the pressure was real] 😉
Never did I ever imagine I would be photographing this wedding. Like, truthfully, never. Our first Skype Meeting was during a vacation at the beginning of last year, to Colorado and beyond. I was NOT prepared to be “put on the spot” but I knew these two were acting quick on their decision for who would be photographing their Big Day on Long Island. Jordan is a very accomplished Graphic Designer, and put his heart and soul into this entire event. I have never worked with a couple like these two before, and I can honestly say, I loved every single minute of it. Jordan’s detail for everything was incredible. From the Invites and Save the Dates to the place settings and his Brides Bouquet. When speaking with Beth the week before [or was it days before] her big day, she didn’t seem to have any idea as to what ANY of the details were, other than her dress, which just by her description, sounded incredibly different, and I was INSTANTLY PSYCHED to get the show going!
Despite threats of insanely unfortunate weather, the rain [hurricane] held off, and was only 107 degrees.
Regardless of the heat, everything, I mean…. EVERYTHING was incredible!
The LOVE was undeniable between the two of them, and it couldn’t be more apparent!
